WHO AM I?

My name is Jake, I started off as a 1-2-1 personal trainer at a local gym based in Kings Lynn Norfolk, specialising in strength and conditioning training. From this I then moved to a fitness retreat and became a bootcamp instructor, where I have been helping thousands of clients help with their fat loss journey.

I’m qualified to personal trainer and nutrition level 3 diploma. I am also currently in study for my nutrition level 4 where it takes a much deeper dive into the science of food, sleep, digestion, hormones physiology and endocrinology of nutrition.
